How do I login?

Are there any other costs involved?

We do not charge any setup fees for sending messages nor monthly fees or any other additional fees. We operate on a prepaid basis. The credits that you buy will stay in your account for 3 months from the purchase date after which they will expire. We also do not charge users for replying messages other than for premium rated shortcodes and network tariffs.

How do I top-up my account

Uwazii MOBILE operates on a prepaid basis. When you want to top up your account, you can purchase credits online via the “Shop” section in your account. We support credit purchase via Mobile Money Transfer, Credit Card, Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or Direct Bank Deposit. When you login to your account, your account balance will be shown on the upper right side of your screen.

Which routes do you use to send messages?

The default messaging routes for Kenya are by means of direct associations with Safaricom, Telkom, Airtel, and Equitel. These associations are dependable than other connections.
